“Feeling overwhelmed in your business - and life? Struggling to get clear and organized so you can move forward with your dreams?

Most entrepreneurs experience a fair amount of stress, and many accept it as a fact of building a business. But it doesn’t have to be this way.

Did you know that 80% of all disease is related to stress? And that all disease is related to deficiency and toxicity?

Having a strong and prosperous business means taking care of your mind, body & spirit, and eliminating stress wherever possible. It is essential to your success. When one of these key areas is neglected, symptoms arise as a reminder that something is out of balance.

If you are experiencing...

  • Anxiety
  • Poor sleep
  • Muscle pain
  • Irritability
  • Digestive issues
  • Headaches
  • or other signs of stress

It’s time to take notice and make some changes.

Are you experiencing them?

One striking similarity among female entrepreneurs is that many aren’t taking great care of themselves and they are experiencing these symptoms - and more. They are working nonstop, relaxing less (if at all), and they end up feeling lost, overwhelmed, and confused. Sound familiar?

The truth is your business won’t succeed without You. Whatever business you’re in, You are your most important asset. And joy is your birthright.

Having been an entrepreneur for 30+ years, I am certainly no stranger to stress and overwhelm, but I am grateful to have acquired a collection of tools that help me stay strong, centered, and balanced in my life and business.

My favourite strategies for stress reduction include:

  • Having a regular meditation practice
  • Laughter (especially with friends and family!)
  • Spending time in nature and with animals
  • Enjoying good food
  • Blissful massage, acupuncture, and Reiki
  • Philanthropy and random acts of kindness
  • Sleep Machine App with roaring fireplaces
  • Waves lapping the beach and rainfall
  • Reading a good book
  • Expressing gratitude
  • Hugs, deep breathing, and stretching
  • Exercise (especially yoga and walking)
  • Heart math, education, and good old fashioned playing
  • Using essential oils to improve and maintain wellness

There are many facets of self-care and each entrepreneur needs to decide for herself what will best suit her lifestyle and her unique needs.
