Well, here we are, the last section in the category of how to Feng Shui your business. I hope this series has brought you great value in terms of different ways to manage your stress and bring more joy into your life. And that you’ve been able to find solutions to manage your stress and find more space and peace in your life.

Rest is what rejuvenates.

I want to take the time to remind you that rest will eventually bring you more energy. We can get so caught up in the “work hard” syndrome, and this mentality makes us feel like we can’t rest. When we feel like we have so much to get done, it’s easy to justify to ourselves that we cannot stop.

Yet I cannot emphasize it enough – rest is vital. Rest is what rejuvenates. When we don’t let ourselves rest in nourishing, frequent and loving ways, our bodies cannot stay healthy. And without healthy bodies, our businesses begin to suffer.

As long as you have exercise in your days, rest is guaranteed to restore your energy levels. Remember, rest is a very important part of the equation. Those rest notes are very, very important. If you are insufficiently rested, there is no way you can give your best in your life or your work.

I promise you, taking time to relax, however you choose, will bring you more energy.

Remember to use the essential oils that are good for you, if that resonates with you. Or meditate, if that is something that works for you. Most of all, honour yourself. These are simply my ideas, and, just like a yoga pose, you can adjust them and make them your own. Find something that is relaxing to you and take some time out of each day to contemplate, rest and de-stress. This may look different day to day, honour whatever form of relaxation suits your body and your mood for that day.

More energy will bring you more productivity and ultimately this will add to the bottom line of your business.
